Welcome to SMMGrove. By accessing our website, creating an account, adding funds, placing an order, using our API, contacting support, or using any service provided by SMMGrove, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use SMMGrove.

Last updated: Jan 1, 2026

1. General Terms

By using SMMGrove, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

SMMGrove reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly before adding funds, placing orders, or using our services.

Continued use of SMMGrove after any changes to these Terms means that you accept the updated Terms.

SMMGrove may refuse service, restrict access, suspend accounts, cancel orders, limit platform features, freeze account balance, or terminate accounts if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the platform, created risk for SMMGrove, or engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

2. No Affiliation with Social Media Platforms

SMMGrove is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or officially connected with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, X, or any other social media platform mentioned on our website.

All platform names, trademarks, logos, and brand references belong to their respective owners.

Any reference to a social media platform on SMMGrove is used only to describe the type of service being offered.

3. Service Usage

SMMGrove provides social media marketing services for supported platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and other social media platforms.

You agree to use SMMGrove only for lawful purposes and in a way that complies with applicable laws, regulations, advertising rules, consumer protection rules, and the terms, rules, and policies of each social media platform.

You are fully responsible for all links, usernames, pages, channels, profiles, videos, posts, groups, live streams, or other information submitted with your orders.

SMMGrove is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect links, invalid usernames, private accounts, restricted content, changed usernames, deleted posts, unavailable pages, hidden counters, platform limitations, or any mistake made when placing an order.

Most SMMGrove services only require public order information such as a public link, username, profile URL, post URL, video URL, channel URL, or similar information. SMMGrove will never ask for your social media account password.

4. User Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your SMMGrove account login details, email address, password, and API key secure.

Any activity made through your SMMGrove account is considered your responsibility, including orders, deposits, API requests, support requests, account changes, and balance usage.

You must notify SMMGrove support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

SMMGrove is not responsible for losses, unauthorized orders, balance usage, payment issues, or account activity caused by weak passwords, shared login details, compromised devices, third-party access, or user negligence.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently disable accounts involved in fraud, abuse, spam, payment disputes, chargebacks, platform misuse, API abuse, suspicious activity, or any behavior that may harm SMMGrove, our users, service providers, or third-party platforms.

5. Orders and Delivery

Delivery times, start times, average speeds, completion times, and other performance estimates shown on SMMGrove are estimates only.

We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, but we do not guarantee exact start times, exact delivery speeds, exact completion times, or exact final results unless clearly stated in the specific service description.

Order speed may vary depending on the selected service, quantity, platform updates, provider availability, server load, public profile status, order queue, social media platform changes, and other external factors.

Once an order is submitted, it may not be possible to cancel, edit, pause, change, or stop the order if processing has already started.

You must check the service description, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, refill status, cancel availability, link format, start time, speed, quality level, restrictions, and special notes before placing an order.

SMMGrove is not responsible for orders placed without reading the service description.

6. Duplicate and Overlapping Orders

You should not place multiple orders for the same link, username, post, video, page, channel, profile, or live stream at the same time unless the previous order has been fully completed.

Duplicate or overlapping orders may cause delays, incorrect delivery, inaccurate counts, refill issues, tracking errors, or provider conflicts.

SMMGrove is not responsible for any issue caused by duplicate orders, overlapping orders, or placing orders on the same link from multiple services, panels, providers, or sources at the same time.

If you choose to place multiple orders on the same link, you do so at your own risk.

7. Start Count and Order Tracking

The system or provider may record a start count when an order begins. This start count may be used to calculate order progress, delivered quantity, remaining quantity, completion status, or refill eligibility.

If the link, username, account privacy, visible counter, post, profile, or platform data changes after the order is placed, the system may not be able to track the order accurately.

SMMGrove is not responsible for inaccurate tracking caused by hidden counters, platform updates, changed usernames, private accounts, deleted content, unavailable links, delayed platform data, or changes outside our control.

An order marked as “Completed” means the system or provider has finished the delivery process based on available data. It does not guarantee permanent retention unless refill protection is clearly included in the service description.

8. Service Descriptions

Each service may have its own name, description, price, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, refill period, cancel availability, start time, delivery speed, quality level, restrictions, and special conditions.

The service description shown at the time of order is part of these Terms and applies to that specific order.

You are responsible for reading and understanding the service description before placing an order.

If a service description states “No Refill,” “No Cancel,” “Slow Start,” “High Drop,” “Low Drop,” “No Guarantee,” “Instant Start,” “Cancel Enabled,” “Refill Available,” “Lifetime Refill,” or any similar condition, you accept that condition when placing the order.

Service names and descriptions may be updated at any time to improve clarity, reflect current performance, or adjust to provider changes.

9. Service Changes and Availability

SMMGrove may update, pause, remove, rename, replace, or modify any service at any time without prior notice.

This includes changes to service names, descriptions, prices, rates, refill terms, minimum quantities, maximum quantities, speed, start time, cancellation availability, and overall availability.

If a selected service becomes unavailable, delayed, unstable, or cannot be delivered, SMMGrove may cancel the order, refund the amount to your SMMGrove account balance, partially complete the order, or replace the service with a similar option when appropriate.

SMMGrove does not guarantee that any service will remain available permanently.

10. Drip-feed Services

Drip-feed allows users to split delivery over a selected period instead of receiving the full quantity at once.

You are responsible for setting the drip-feed details correctly before placing the order, including quantity, runs, interval, and total amount.

Incorrect drip-feed settings may not be changed once the order has started.

SMMGrove is not responsible for delays, incorrect pacing, wrong quantities, or failed drip-feed orders caused by incorrect user settings.

11. Subscription Services

Subscription services, when available, continue according to the selected settings until they end, fail, expire, or are canceled according to platform rules.

You are responsible for setting subscription details correctly before activating the service.

SMMGrove is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect subscription settings, unavailable links, private accounts, deleted content, changed usernames, hidden counters, or platform restrictions.

12. API Usage

SMMGrove may provide API access for users, resellers, agencies, or developers who want to connect external systems to our platform.

You are responsible for keeping your API key secure. Any order placed through your API key is considered your responsibility.

You must not share, sell, expose, publish, or misuse your API key.

Misuse of the API, excessive requests, abusive automation, unauthorized access attempts, scraping, system disruption, or any activity that affects platform stability may result in API restriction, account suspension, balance freeze, or permanent termination.

SMMGrove may update, limit, suspend, or disable API access at any time to protect platform performance, security, or service stability.

13. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use SMMGrove for illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, unauthorized, or unethical activities.

You agree not to submit orders for content involving scams, phishing, malware, fake investment schemes, financial fraud, impersonation, harassment, hate speech, illegal adult content, illegal products, gambling, platform manipulation, political manipulation, or content that violates applicable laws or supported platform policies.

You agree not to use SMMGrove services to mislead others, create false endorsements, falsely represent popularity, manipulate public opinion, deceive customers, deceive advertisers, deceive business partners, or misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose.

You are fully responsible for making sure your use of SMMGrove complies with local laws, advertising rules, consumer protection laws, platform policies, and any agreements you have with your own customers or clients.

SMMGrove may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order that we believe may violate these Terms, create risk for the platform, or violate the rules of third-party platforms.

14. Platform Risk Disclaimer

Social media platforms may detect, limit, remove, reverse, hide, reduce, suspend, or take action against followers, views, likes, comments, shares, saves, subscribers, members, accounts, pages, channels, posts, videos, live streams, or other engagement at any time.

SMMGrove is not responsible for any platform action, including but not limited to drops, reduced reach, shadow bans, account restrictions, monetization issues, demonetization, content removal, limited visibility, account warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

All services are used at the customer's own risk.

We do not guarantee that any service will be accepted, retained, counted, displayed, monetized, ranked, recommended, verified, or approved by any third-party platform.

15. Results Disclaimer

SMMGrove provides social media marketing services, but we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, sales, engagement quality, audience quality, conversion rates, account growth, monetization approval, verification approval, ranking improvement, viral performance, or platform recommendation outcomes.

Social media platforms may update their algorithms, rules, detection systems, or data display methods at any time. These changes may affect delivery speed, retention, visibility, order tracking, or service performance.

Any examples, descriptions, estimated speeds, or performance information shown on SMMGrove are for general reference only and do not guarantee future results.

16. Limitation of Liability

SMMGrove is not responsible for losses, damages, account restrictions, platform actions, business interruptions, lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, reputational harm, data loss, or any direct or indirect consequences related to the use of our services.

By using SMMGrove, you understand that all services are used at your own discretion and responsibility.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SMMGrove's liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

17. Support Policy

If you experience an issue with an order, payment, refill, cancellation, API request, or account, you should contact SMMGrove support before opening a dispute or chargeback.

Our team will review your request based on the order status, service description, payment record, refill conditions, system data, and platform rules.

Support response times may vary depending on request volume, issue complexity, provider response time, and platform conditions.

Contacting support does not guarantee a refund, refill, cancellation, compensation, or any specific result.

18. Abuse, Fraud, and Chargebacks

SMMGrove reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict accounts involved in abuse, fraud, suspicious payments, fake claims, unauthorized transactions, chargebacks, payment disputes, spam, API abuse, threats, harassment, or attempts to damage the platform.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal is opened, SMMGrove may suspend the related account, freeze the balance, cancel active orders, restrict future deposits, and provide relevant account and order information to the payment processor for dispute review.

Users are encouraged to contact support first so that we can review and resolve issues properly.

19. Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use SMMGrove.

By using our platform, creating an account, adding funds, placing orders, or accessing our API, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

20. Third-party Providers

Some services may be fulfilled through third-party providers, suppliers, systems, or external sources.

SMMGrove works to provide stable and reliable services, but we do not control every external provider, social media platform, algorithm, update, or delivery system.

Provider delays, service interruptions, platform changes, or external issues may affect order delivery, refill availability, cancellation options, and completion time.

21. Pricing and Currency

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Orders already placed will be processed based on the price charged at the time of order, unless the order is canceled, partially completed, refunded, or affected by a service issue.

SMMGrove is not responsible for currency conversion differences, exchange rate changes, payment gateway fees, blockchain network fees, or third-party transaction costs.

22. Account Suspension and Termination

SMMGrove may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms, abuses the platform, creates risk, submits prohibited content, misuses the API, opens fraudulent disputes, or engages in suspicious behavior.

If an account is suspended or terminated, active orders may be canceled, access to services may be restricted, and account balance may be frozen or reviewed depending on the reason for suspension.

SMMGrove reserves the right to make final decisions regarding account restrictions, order cancellations, and platform access.

23. Relationship with Other Policies

Our Refund Policy explains how deposits, account balance, refunds, cancellations, partial refunds, refill requests, and chargebacks are handled.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user information.

Both the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy are part of these Terms.

24. Changes to Terms

SMMGrove may update these Terms of Service at any time.

The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of SMMGrove after updates means that you accept the revised Terms.

25. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing SMMGrove, creating an account, adding funds, placing orders, using services, contacting support, or accessing our API, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using SMMGrove immediately.
