This Refund Policy explains how SMMGrove handles deposits, account balance, order refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, refill requests, failed orders, and payment disputes.
By adding funds, placing an order, or using any service on SMMGrove, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1.General Refund Terms
SMMGrove provides digital social media marketing services. Because orders may begin processing shortly after submission, refunds are limited and are not guaranteed once an order has started.
All refund decisions are reviewed based on the order status, service description, delivered quantity, provider response, system data, refill terms, and the reason for the refund request.
Submitting a support request does not guarantee a refund.
SMMGrove reserves the right to approve, reject, partially approve, or delay a refund request depending on the specific situation.
2.Account Balance and Deposits
All funds added to your SMMGrove account are credited as account balance.
Account balance is intended for purchasing services on SMMGrove.
Deposits are generally final once credited to your SMMGrove account.
Account balance is not automatically refundable to the original payment method.
Any approved refund may be issued as SMMGrove account balance unless SMMGrove decides otherwise.
SMMGrove does not guarantee withdrawals of account balance.
You are responsible for making sure all payment details are correct before completing a transaction.
3.Payment Mistakes
SMMGrove is not responsible for payment issues caused by user mistakes, including but not limited to:
Sending payment to the wrong address.
Using the wrong payment network.
Entering an incorrect transaction ID.
Underpaying or overpaying.
Sending unsupported currency.
Failing to follow payment instructions.
Using a third-party payment account without permission.
Entering incorrect billing or payment details.
If a payment cannot be verified, credited, or recovered due to incorrect information or payment mistakes, SMMGrove may not be able to issue credit or refund.
4.Non-refundable Fees
Transaction fees, payment processor fees, blockchain network fees, currency conversion fees, gateway fees, bank fees, and other third-party payment costs may be non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, these fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
SMMGrove is not responsible for exchange rate changes, payment gateway fees, or deductions made by third-party payment providers.
5.Order Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed once an order has started processing, is in progress, or has been completed.
If an order cannot be delivered due to a service issue, provider issue, system cancellation, or service unavailability, the order amount may be refunded to your SMMGrove account balance.
If an order is partially completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the undelivered amount calculated by the system or provider.
If an order is marked as completed, it is generally not eligible for refund unless there is a clear service issue and the service description supports review.
6.Failed or Canceled Orders
If an order fails or is canceled by the system, the order amount may be returned to your SMMGrove account balance.
If a service becomes unavailable, unstable, or impossible to deliver, SMMGrove may cancel the order and refund the remaining amount to your SMMGrove balance.
If a provider reports that the order has already started or cannot be stopped, cancellation and refund may not be possible.
7.Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued when an order is only partially completed.
The refund amount is usually calculated based on the remaining undelivered quantity, system records, provider records, and the service rate at the time of order.
SMMGrove is not responsible if visible platform counts differ from system or provider records due to delayed updates, platform filtering, hidden counters, changed links, or other external factors.
8.Incorrect Links and User Mistakes
SMMGrove does not provide refunds for user mistakes, including but not limited to:
Incorrect links.
Wrong usernames.
Wrong post URLs.
Wrong video URLs.
Wrong profile URLs.
Changed usernames.
Private accounts.
Deleted posts.
Unavailable content.
Restricted pages.
Hidden counters.
Unsupported links.
Wrong service selection.
Wrong quantity.
Wrong drip-feed settings.
Orders placed without reading the service description.
Users are fully responsible for checking all order details before submitting an order.
9.Private Accounts, Deleted Content, and Changed Links
If an account becomes private after an order is placed, the order may fail, delay, complete incorrectly, or become non-refundable.
If the post, video, profile, page, channel, or content is deleted after the order is placed, the order may be marked as completed, canceled, failed, or non-refundable depending on the provider status.
If the username, link, or content URL changes after the order is placed, SMMGrove may not be able to track, cancel, refill, or refund the order.
SMMGrove is not responsible for issues caused by account privacy changes, deleted content, unavailable links, or changed usernames.
10.Duplicate and Overlapping Orders
You should not place multiple orders for the same link, username, post, video, page, channel, profile, or live stream at the same time unless the previous order has been completed.
Duplicate or overlapping orders may cause incorrect delivery, inaccurate counts, tracking issues, refill problems, or provider conflicts.
SMMGrove does not provide refunds for issues caused by duplicate orders, overlapping orders, or orders placed on the same link from multiple services, providers, panels, or sources at the same time.
11.Cancellation Policy
Some services may support cancellation, while others may not.
If a service includes a cancel button or cancellation option, cancellation is not always guaranteed.
A cancellation request may fail if the order has already started, is already processing, is already sent to the provider, or cannot be stopped.
Services marked as “No Cancel” cannot be canceled once submitted.
If cancellation is successful, the remaining undelivered amount may be refunded to your SMMGrove account balance according to system or provider calculation.
SMMGrove is not responsible if an order continues to process after a cancellation request has been submitted but not accepted by the system or provider.
12.Refill Policy
Some services include refill protection, while others do not.
If a service includes refill, the refill period and refill conditions will be stated in the service description.
SMMGrove does not guarantee refills for services that do not clearly include refill protection.
Services marked as “No Refill” are not eligible for refill.
A completed order does not mean lifetime retention unless the service description clearly states lifetime refill or lifetime guarantee.
13.Refill Conditions
Refill requests are reviewed based on:
The service description.
The refill period.
The original start count.
The delivered quantity.
The current visible count.
Provider availability.
System tracking data.
Whether the drop can be verified.
Refills may not be available if:
The account becomes private.
The post, video, or profile is deleted.
The username is changed.
The link is changed.
The counter is hidden.
The content becomes unavailable.
Another order is placed on the same link.
The drop cannot be verified.
The refill period has expired.
The service was marked as No Refill.
The drop was caused by user action, platform action, or third-party orders.
14.Refill Limitations
Refill protection does not guarantee permanent retention.
Refills are not always instant and may take time depending on provider availability, service conditions, and platform status.
SMMGrove may reject refill requests that do not meet the service conditions.
SMMGrove is not responsible for drops caused by social media platform updates, account restrictions, content removal, algorithm changes, platform filtering, third-party services, user actions, or reasons outside our control.
15.Delayed Orders
Delivery times and start times shown on SMMGrove are estimates unless clearly stated otherwise in the service description.
A delayed order is not automatically eligible for refund if the order is still processing.
If an order is significantly delayed, you may contact support for review.
SMMGrove may choose to wait, cancel, refund, partially refund, or continue the order depending on the provider status and service conditions.
16.Completed Orders
An order marked as “Completed” means the system or provider has finished the delivery process based on available data.
Completed orders are generally not refundable.
If a completed order later experiences drops, refill may only be available if the selected service clearly includes refill protection and the refill request meets the required conditions.
17.No Guarantee of Retention
Unless clearly stated in the service description, SMMGrove does not guarantee permanent retention of followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, members, saves, shares, or any other engagement.
Social media platforms may remove, filter, hide, reduce, reverse, or adjust engagement at any time.
Drops do not automatically qualify for refund unless refill protection is included and the refill conditions are met.
18.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You should contact SMMGrove support before opening a payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal.
Opening a dispute, chargeback, or reversal without contacting support first may result in account suspension, order cancellation, balance freeze, and restriction from future use of SMMGrove.
If a chargeback or dispute is opened, SMMGrove may provide relevant account information, order history, payment records, IP logs, communication records, and service usage data to the payment processor for dispute review.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
19.Abuse of Refund or Refill System
SMMGrove may restrict or suspend accounts that abuse the refund, cancellation, or refill system.
Abuse may include repeated false claims, intentional wrong orders, duplicate order disputes, chargeback threats, misleading support requests, or attempts to receive services without payment.
SMMGrove reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refund abuse, refill abuse, and account restrictions.
20.Final Decision
All refund, refill, cancellation, and balance-related decisions are made based on SMMGrove system records, provider records, service descriptions, and platform conditions.
